While planning our customers' dream house, we also take care of their environmental well being.
As a matter of fact, we start with the Perfect thermal insulation of the floor, that we usually design over a compact ballast with prefabricated drain PVC modular elements. Then, we design the thermal shield of the concrete structures, in order to avoid condensation on the adjacent walls. Afterwards, we suggest the most performing glasses, door and window frames, and design the building envelope aimed at guaranteeing the best energy conservation. This is our main task: offering the best possible comfort in the new building.
Beside the structural design, we also take care of the building heat insulation system, in order to reduce energy loss.
The "Energy A Class" building we design, is not just the result of a mere calculation. Inside the new building, there will be no dampness; the rooms will be perfectly ventilated, and this will give our customers an additional value.
In fact, we are always aimed at satisfying our customers' needs.
In this view, We prefer to design and execute works from the beginning until the final realisation. However, under certain circumstances, we can also plan environmental renewals on buildings or flats which otherwise would not meet the standard living conditions.
In such cases, we always do our best, even if sometimes it is not always possible to solve all issues immediately.
Finally, we design house heating plants and air-conditioning systems. We also avdise on the best heat engines that can be found in the market.
