STORAGE, CONVEYANCE AND USE OF THERMAL AND COOLING ENERGY

Our know-how allows, amongst others, to design plants for heating and cooling storage.
For example, in an industrial process we can detect which machinery needs cooling, such as hydraulic embossing press machines which are used to cut pans and pots from sheet metal.

In this case, in order to design the right cooling system, we need at first to place a cooling plant, then we draw a preliminary pipeline layout in order to calculate the energy loss in the production line.

After that, we can determine the fittings and pipeline size.

Then, we decide which fittings and accessories are necessary (such as filters, escape valves, expansion joints, vibration isolators, valves, etc.).

Once the quantities are determined, we issue an estimate for the secondary works (such as the use of a rolling scaffolding during the pipeline assembly, the cost of drilling the walls that cross the pipelines, etc.). After that, we calculate the basic cost of the plant, and we request a quotation to our suppliers.

Finally, we submit all the necessary documents and technical reports to the public body which is in charge of issuing the formal construction permit. To this aim, we supervise the execution phases, and we carry out the necessary functional tests. Afterwards, we deliver the plant to our client.

Amongst the plants we can design, there are: air treatment units, cooling and freezing plants, steam production plants.
