Any project phase starts from a construction work order and its further implementations. This is the first and most important step, when contacts with clients are kept on a daily basis in order to understand and meet their needs. Nothing has to be taken for granted, as any new construction job is different from the others; and we start anew every time.
Once the customer has provided all necessary information, we start drawing the architectural design. Then, we implement the structural design and, when requested, the plant design. After that, we calculate the energy dispertion, verify the building passive acoustic requirements and draw up the first acoustic impact report.
Once we have all documents, such as the project design, the technical reports and any other necessary documents, we obtain a qualifying certificate (the construction permit) issued by the Municipality. At the same time, we submit the structural design to the relevant Body (such as the Province or Civil Engineers). Afterwards, when the qualifying certificate is ready, we can start.
The design phase is over.
