The work implementation phase is generally the most delicate, as the building design, the design prescriptions and its structural phylosophy will become a reality, depending on the customer's choices. In this phase, the works will be implemented by the building firm and the subcontractors, which will be coordinated by the works supervisor.
In this phase, it is necessary to foresee and establish all working procedures in order to comply with safety rules. During the implementation phase, the works supervisor is assisted by a safety manager, who is in charge of coordinating the builder's and subcontractors' work. For instance, it may happen that cranes are used in another building site in the proximity. In this case, it is important to coordinate the works site and to ensure safety.
Once the works are completed, the structural work testing is carried out and the final report is drawn up. Afterwards, the new building is registered within the relevant Body ("Agenzia del Territorio"). Then, all necessary documents are prepared together with the plant certifications to be submitted to the Municipality, where a house safeness document is released.
The work is now over and the new building is delivered to the customer.
